Saturday, October 6th, from 2:00pm - 7:00pm
Every year, Oak Ridge Key Clubbers have been very helpful at Silva Valley's Harvest Festival. This year the festival will be on Saturday, October 6th, from 2:00pm - 7:00pm. we need around 10 to 15 Key Club members all day to make our Harvest Festival another successful event for our kids. Here's a breakout of what's needed:
Parking lot attendants: 2:00pm to 6:00pm (hourly shifts)
Setup: 1:00pm to 2:00pm
Cleanup: 6:00pm to 7:00pm
Haunted House: 2:00pm to 7:00pm (hourly shifts)
Craft / game booths: 1:30pm to 6:00pm (hourly shifts)
The sign-up sheet is in I-6. Sign up ASAP!!
