Mercedes Dealership Santa Event

Santa event held at the Mercedes Dealership - Dec 10th

OFFLINE SIGNUP ONLY! - You must sign up at Thursday's Meeting or in I-6!

We will be meeting to begin set up on that day at 10am and would love a couple of helping hands.

The event begins at 1pm - we have several things happening within the event itself, such as Snowflake and Checkers the Elves, who might like a hand or two to help them with facepainting, "Fluff & Stuff" (like "Build-a-Bear"), Santa Photos and collecting "wish lists" from children, etc

The elves wrap up at 5pm, but Santa will be visiting & taking photos with kids until 6pm (or thereabout)

Then, of course there's clean up.

Schedule for Events

9:30 am to 1:00pm 5 students for set up

12:30 pm to 4:00 pm 1 student for assistance w/photos
1 student for assistance w/Starbuck's Coffee
2 students to work with Snowflake & Checkers the Elves

3:30 pm to 7:00 pm same shifts as above plus some clean up

We need 13 students to help out throughout the day.
