Soon after becoming a member, a website account will be set up for you.

Username: FirstnameLastname
Password: Last 4 digits of your home phone #

Example- John Doe has phone num. 933-1234
Username: JohnDoe
Password: 1234

Please change your password after you log in, for your account's security.
